Arrival & Access

• Parking: You’re welcome to park directly in front of the cottage or in the gated area to the side.

• Entry: Use the key safe to access the cottage keys. The key safe is located by the entrance.

• Lighting: The exterior light can be set to sensor mode from inside the cottage—ideal for late arrivals.

• Doors: To open the French doors, start with the right-hand side, which pulls out toward you. You can then open the left door if needed

• Living Room: Cosy and welcoming, with a wood-burning stove and a TV for relaxing evenings.

• Heating: Enjoy underfloor heating throughout the cottage, with thermostats in every room for your comfort.

• Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi code is located on the router, which you’ll find inside the fireside cupboard.

• Books & Games: Explore a curated collection of local books, walking leaflets, and hand-written walk guides from our family. A variety of board games and card games are also available for your enjoyment.

Kitchen & Utility

• Fully equipped with:

  • Oven and grill

  • Microwave

  • Fridge with freezer box

  • Dishwasher

• A separate airing cupboard houses a washer/dryer for your convenience

Garden

• Relax outdoors with a garden sofa, cocoon swinging chair, and a dining table with chairs.

• Cushions are stored in the outdoor storage box and the stone outhouse.

• Features a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a heated towel rail for added comfort.

• Double Room: Includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables.

• Twin Room: Furnished with a wardrobe and a bedside table.
